The Clerk/Treasurer for the Town of Wheatland includes the following responsibilities:

  • Management of the annual budget
  • Maintaining all official and financial records
  • Serves as the Clerk for the City Council
  • Serves as the local election official
  • Maintains official records for the cemetery
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Managing and investing of public funds
  • Preparing all annual audit information

Forms

The listed forms can be printed, filled out, signed, scanned and emailed to clerk@townofwheatlandwy.org.  You may also drop off the completed forms at Town Hall for processing.  All malt beverage and catering permits will not be processed until payment has been received at Town Hall.  Should you have any questions on the forms, please contact us at (307) 322-2962 or at the above email.
