Payment for citations may be made at the window of Town Hall or by phoning (307) 322-2962 with a credit card or debit card number.  If you pay by mail please send a Money Order or Cashier’s Check.  NO PERSONAL CHECK WILL BE ACCEPTED BY THE COURT.  You must pay your citation on or before your Court Date to avoid suspension of your driver’s license or a city warrant.

If you wish to contest a citation, come to Town Hall at the date and time listed on your citation.  At that time you will be arraigned and a court date will be set for a future time.  Do not bring witnesses to Court for this initial appearance. 

If your citation is not checked in the box next to “Must Appear” you are not required to make an appearance and may just forfeit the bond amount listed near the bottom of the citation.
