PUBLIC NOTICE – Hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission, Town of Wheatland
Notice is hereby given that an application has been submitted to the Town of Wheatland Planning and Zoning Commission for approval of a Special Use Permit to operate an oilfield services company in a highway business district located at 1656 W. Walnut Street.
An application for a Sign Permit has been filed for 80 19th Street and will also be presented to the Commission.
A public hearing on these applications will be held on:

Location: Wheatland Town Hall
At this hearing, all interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard and to present written or oral comments regarding the proposed applications.
A copy of the applications and related documents are available for public inspection at the Town of Wheatland Planning and Zoning Department during regular business hours.
